Placing An Order

When you have found the item you are looking for, you need to place the order. Here is order and what happens after you place.

How do I order online?

Buying "gift" online has never been easier! Once you have browsed our site and found what you like, just follow these steps:

Click the "add to cart" button. Your shopping cart will be displayed. You can make modifications to the quantity here.

Click the "checkout" button. If you are a registered member, you may log in with your email and password. Otherwise, click the "I¡'m a New Customer" button to register your particulars.

Once you have logged in, you will need to verify delivery information - no need to enter anything if you provided your delivery address during registration. However, you need to click ¡° Change Delivery Address¡± if you wish to deliver to a new address.

Next is your billing information. Again, there is no need to fill in your details if you are already logged in.

You may opt to skip the delivery and billing preview and proceed straight to confirm order. Then, the payment-handling mechanisms based on your selected payment mode will be set at Paypal or ATM Transfer/ibanking.

Once you have confirm your order, great! - your order is complete!

What happens after I confirm my order online?

After you have confirm your order, the following will be made available:

Your order is given a unique Order ID and placed on our processing list. The following will also be made available:

An email will be sent to you, notifying you of the order.

You can begin to track the status of your order via our Order Tracking service (please login to access this feature)

What if I do not receive any email from

We send out the notification email as soon as your order is completed, so you should receive it shortly. If you do not hear from us at all, the delay could be caused by heavy web traffic or overwhelming seasonal orders. You may email us, if you have any doubts over the status of your order. If you have been given an Order ID, please quote this in your communication.

Can I cancel or modify order?

If your order has not been delivered, please give us an email. However, if your order has already been processed, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed.

Making Payment

There are two types of payment, PayPal or by ATM Transfer/ibanking

1. PayPal / Credit Card/Debit Card

We accept payment via PayPals secure gateway. PayPal does not require that you have a PayPal account. They provide a service to consumers whereby you enter your card information and it is processed on a one time only basis.Your credit card details will not be revealed to us at any point.

2. By ATM Transfer/ibanking

For payment can also be made via ATM fund transfer/ibanking to one of the following bank accounts:

For ATM fund transfers/ibanking, please email your transaction details to after you have made the payment to avoid unnecessary delay. We reserve the rights NOT to release your ordered items if we do not receive the payment after Three working days.

We provide free van delivery for local orders above S$50(items only). For orders S$50 or below, we charge a delivery fee via Singpost Normal or Registered or Speedpost parcel. Items will reached at your doorstep 2-3 days.If you are not around, the Postman will leave a note to inform you to collect from your nearest Singpost. For Free van delivery, only available on Sat & Sun excluding public holidays. No deliveries on public holiday.

Can we exchange any faulty products?

Yes, if the items are due to manufacturing defaults. You may request for an exchange via email and ask for the same product or another product of the same value on the condition that they are in their original packaging within 3 days of the items that you received.
However, customized gift orders are not allowed to be exchanged once they have been confirmed.

We do not entertain any request for refund as all sales purchase are final.
