Local Shipping (Singapore)

Your order will be shipped via SingPost Normal Mail, Registered Mail(Online Tracking Parcel), Speedpost(Online Tracking Parcel) or Free Delivery above $50(items only).


 
For Normal Mail - Orders will be sent within 3-5 working days. Parcel will be at your nearest SingPost. We are not responsible for any loss of parcels as no tracking service is provided for normal mail.

For Registered Mail (Online Tracking Parcel) - Addition of $2.24, orders will be sent within 2 working days at your doorstep. After your parcel has been deposited at SingPost, you will receive an email notification from us shortly, together with your 9-digit tracking number. With that tracking number, you may track your parcel at this http://www.singpost.com.sg

For Speed Post (Online Tracking Parcel)-- orders will sent within next working day at your doorstep.After your parcel has been deposited at SingPost, you will receive an email notification from us shortly, together with your 9-digit tracking number. With that tracking number, you may track your parcel at this http://www.speedpost.com.sg


For orders S$50(items only) and above, the shipping charge will be waived. For Free van delivery, only Sat & Sun available excluding public holidays.No deliveries on public holidays. You can also choose Registered Mail delivery too.

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

No International Delivery, but still overseas customers can give us an email and we will see what we can do something for you.

2. RE-DELIVERY POLICY

2.1  For local orders, a re-delivery charge applies for failed deliveries due to:

gift-cart.com will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

The recipient is not present at the given address within the hours which delivery was requested to take place.

The given address was incorrect.

There is no such person (recipient) at the given address.

There is no valid contact number given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient for successful delivery of the order.

incorrect address provided, or
unavailability of a recipient at requested time, or
failed delivery attempts by SingPost or Speedpost.  All unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will be resent after the re-delivery charge is paid to us. 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1  If you wish to cancel your order:

you can notify us by email to ask@gift-cart.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
if goods have already been dispatched to you, please return the goods to us. A 50% cancellation charge will imposed.

4. WARRANTY / RETURNS POLICY

4.1  Merchandise purchased on gift-cart.com may be returned within 3 days of receipt for Singapore orders. Please include your name, contact number, and order number with the return. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information.

4.2  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach us. We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit through mail, hence registered mail is recommended.

4.3  We will cover the delivery of the re-sending of items.

4.4  The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.1 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

in the event that the product has been used; or
in the event of any cosmetic damage, acts of god, misuse, accidents, commercial use, any modifications to the product, improper connection, improper use, or attempted repair by unauthorized dealers; or
in the event that the product is damaged by a connecting product that may have cause damage through misuse or malfunction; or
to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
